Please note that personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of being made specifically for you.

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered.
